HALCON Embedded 8.0.3 Documentation for Linux Kernel 2.6.6 on eneo SC series
- You can download the HALCON 8.0.3 release from the HALCON
Embedded download area. You must download the version
HALCON 8.0.3 for eneo SC series.
- The eneo SC series version comes as a zip archive that
contains a readme file and the actual packages for
installing HALCON Embedded on both the eneo SC camera
and the development PC.
- Unzip the archive and follow the installation
details in the file readme.txt.
- You need a license to run HALCON on the eneo SC camera.
The license itself is stored in a file named
license.dat and resides
in the directory $HALCONROOT/license.
- You can obtain a HALCON 8.0 license from your local
HALCON Embedded distributor. The license is bound to the
unique ID of the eneo SC camera. To extract the unique ID
open a shell on the eneo SC camera and type
"cat /proc/id".
