HALCON Embedded 8.0.3 Documentation for DSP BIOS on Strampe VisionBox
- You can download the HALCON 8.0.2 release from the HALCON
Embedded download area. You must download the version
HALCON 8.0.2 for Strampe VisionBox.
- The Strampe VisionBox version comes as a zip archive that
contains a readme file and the actual libraries, example
programs, and the documentation for installing HALCON
Embedded on the development PC.
- Unzip the archive in the %HALCONROOT% directory of your
HALCON 8.0.2 installation and follow the details in the
HALCON Embedded for Strampe VisionBox User's Manual.
- You need a license to run HALCON on the Strampe VisionBox.
The license itself is stored in a file named
license.dat and resides
in the internal flash.
- You can obtain a HALCON 8.0 license from your local
HALCON Embedded distributor. The license is bound to the
serial number of the VisionBox. The serial number of the
VisionBox is normally printed on the housing of
the VisionBox.
